Return Policy, Shipping and International Orders

RETURNS

If for some reason a product must be returned. Tombstone will try to make it as simple as possible:

1. You must contact Tombstone Silverworks within 10days from the Shipped Date to receive authorization for the return.

2. If the problem is a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was sent, Tombstone will assume the cost of the return and correct the issue.

3. If you are not satisfied with a product and request a refund there will be a 15% return handling fee.

4. Custom orders, those that are made with specific details by request of the customer, are not returnable. Tombstone will always work with a customer to assure satisfaction on a case by case basis.

5. Tombstone has an extremely low return rate. However, our goal is to reach a satisfactory conclusion to any problem that may occur. We will do all we can to make this happen. You are why we are in business.

 

SHIPPING

All shipping within the US is done through US Mail or UPS. The cost of the item usually determines the way it is shipped. There is no fee for shipping in the continental U.S. International shipping rates vary and must be calculated.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Due to the escalation of fraudulent credit card use from outside the U.S., Tombstone Silverworks can no longer accept International credit card orders. Companies dealing in precious metals have become targets for this activity. However we can still do business and we very much appreciate your interest in our products. Here's the solution if you would like to make a purchase.

1. View our products and upon making a selection make note of the product number. Then, email us with that information. Include the mailing address where the item is to be shipped.

2.  Tombstone will calculate the shipping and add it to the cost of the item. That will be your total.

3. To receive the item, method of payment can be made by; Cash, Travelers Check or Western Union. We recommend Western Union when at all possible because it is safe and fast. Payment can only be with secured  funds. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of these funds. Payment to Western Union can be made to Western Union of Daytona Beach Florida.
